CD4081BNSRG4 Overview
Packed in SOP, the part is convenient for shipping overseas. This packaging method provides high reliability because it uses advanced packaging techniques. The total number of terminations is 14. User experience is significantly enhanced by the part's 4 functions. There are 14 pins injected into the part body. There are a number of applications for logic devices mounted with the Surface Mount pin. To find out what the functions of 14 pins are, please refer to their datasheets. Quiescent parts have 5μA current flowing through them. The logic device shown here is a typical Gates. A load capacitance of 50pF is provided by the part. For operation, there are 4 elements. Temperatures higher than 125°C should not be allowed to be present in the environment where the device is operating. Test statistics indicate that the minimum operating temperature of the part would be -55°C. It is recommended that users do not supply the device with voltage above 18V in normalcircumstances. There should be 3V voltage fed to the part below 3V. The 2 input lines enhance the part's performance. The output current is rated 6.8mA.
