CD4511BE Description


CD4511BE is a kind of CMOS BCD-TO-7-Segment latch decoder driver that is fabricated with CMOS logic and NPN bipolar transistor output devices on a single monolithic structure. It integrates the advantages of the CMOS and transistor. The Lamp Test input is able to test the display, the Blanking input is used to shut off or intensify-modulate the display, and the Enable or Strode input is used to store or strode a BCD code.
