CD54HC243F3A Overview


Logical driver uses a neat CDIP package. Rail/Tube external packaging. All of the 1 elements are put into use. 14 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 4.5V. Transceiver shares the HC/UH family's comprehensive benefits and features. 14 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Through Hole applications. Logical driver has 14 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 8μA. 4 bits are included within the electrical component. Logical driver features WITH INDEPENDENT OUTPUT ENABLE FOR EACH DIRECTION to better serve the need. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -55°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 125°C. Buffer driver outputs 7.8mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct -7.8mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 2V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 6V. INDEPENDENT CONTROL control technology is used to start up the automotive buffer.
