CD74HC4050NSRG4 Overview


Logical driver uses a neat SOP package. 16 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 4.5V. Transceiver shares the HC/UH family's comprehensive benefits and features. 16 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. Logical driver has 16 pins. The bus transceiver employs 1 bits for each element. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Gates. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 2μA. It is generally sold in TAPE AND REEL package. Logical driver features CMOS-TTL LEVEL TRANSLATOR to better serve the need. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -55°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 125°C. Buffer driver outputs 5.2mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct -5.2mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 2V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 6V. It is sufficient to make 6 outputs.
