24-VFQFN Exposed Pad case is available for the cut smart buffer. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package attached to it. There is a maximum value of 800MHz for normal operation. It has 24 terminations. High efficiency is feasible with a supply voltage of 3.3V. As you can see, it is mounted by Surface Mount.
