As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. In the 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains 28 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 2.5V.
