As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 48 terminations. The supply voltage of 2.5V allows for high efficiency. A clock generator's input is called Clock and it is designed as the input for this clock generator.
