DAC5681IRGCT Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package and X package. Supply voltage is 3.3V volts. An FPGA part from the Other Converters family. By attaching the Surface Mount connector, you can use this FPGA module with your development board. While operating, the operating temperature should be kept within a range of -40°C~85°C. As a result of space limitations, this FPGA model has been included in Tape & Reel (TR). The total number of terminations is 64. In order to find related parts, you can use its base part number DAC5681. It is designed with 64 pins. In the case of 3.3V supply voltage, designers can take full advantage of its flexibility. A total of 64 pins are included in this device. The maximum supply voltage it supports is 3.6V. Using a supply voltage as low as 3V, it will work.
