DAC715UB Overview
As part of the 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, it is included. It is powered from a supply voltage of 15V. The Other Converters family of FPGA parts includes this part. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. It is recommended that the operating temperature be kept within the range -40°C~85°C while the machine is operating. There is an FPGA model contained in Tube in order to conserve space. It is designed with 28 terminations. Parts related to this part can be found using its base part number DAC715. In order to make it work, 28 pins have been designed. A total of 28 pins are included in this device. It can accept a maximum voltage of 16.5V volts as a supply voltage. A minimal supply voltage of 11.4V is required for it to operate.
