DAC7563TDGSR Overview
It is supplied in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. It is powered from a supply voltage of 5.5V. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -40°C~125°C range. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the sake of space saving. In total, there are a total of 10 terminations on it.
