DAC7614UB/1KG4 Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package and X package. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 5V volts is required. Part of the Other Converters family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. It is important to maintain the operating temperature within the range of -40°C~85°C when operating the machine. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tape & Reel (TR).
