DAC7634EB Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 48-BSSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package and X package. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 5V volts needs to be provided. The Other Converters family of FPGA parts includes this part. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. It is recommended that the operating temperature be kept within the range -40°C~85°C while the machine is operating. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tube for the sake of space saving. It is designed with 48 terminations. If you are looking for related parts, you can use the base part number DAC7634 as a starting point. In this case, there are 48 pins on the board. When operating with the supply voltage of 5V, designers can fully make use of its flexibility. It is equipped with 48 pin count. This device is capable of supporting a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V. It is able to work with the minimal supply voltage of 4.75V.
