DAC7664YCT Overview
In the 64-LQFP package, you will find it. Power is provided by a 5V-volt supply. The Other Converters family of FPGAs includes this part. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. While operating, the operating temperature should be kept within a range of -40°C~85°C. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the sake of space saving. It is designed with 64 terminations. In order to find related parts, use the part number DAC7664 as a base. The device has 64 pins which are included in the design. Design engineers can fully take advantage of its flexibility when operating at 5V supply voltage. Power is provided by a 5V battery that is included with the device. With a total of 64 pins, it is equipped with a high level of security. A maximum voltage of 5.25V can be supplied to it. Using a supply voltage as low as 4.75V, it will work.
