DAC7664YT Overview
It is supplied in the 64-LQFP package. Power is provided by a 5V-volt supply. Part of the Other Converters family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~85°C range at all times when the unit is in use. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the sake of space saving. In total, it has a total of 64 terminations.
