DAC7725UBG4 Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package and X package. Supply voltage is 15V volts. A Other Converters-series FPGA part. By attaching the Surface Mount connector, you can use this FPGA module with your development board. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~85°C when operating. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tube. As a whole, it has 28 terminations. In order to find related parts, you can use its base part number DAC7725. In order to make it work, 28 pins have been designed. In the case of 15V supply voltage, designers can take full advantage of its flexibility. The device has a total of 28 pins on it. This device is capable of supporting a maximum supply voltage of 15.75V. The minimal supply voltage required for it is 14.25V.
