DAC8163TDGSR Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package and X package. Power is provided by a 5.5V-volt supply. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~125°C when operating. Using the Tape & Reel (TR) layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. In total, it has 10 terminations on each end. In order to find related parts, use the part number DAC8163 as a base. 10 pins are designed into the device. In order for this FPGA to work properly in accordance with its specifications, it is necessary that it is mounted in Surface Mount.
