DPA02257RGBR is a type of FET-integrated synchronous buck regulator designed mainly for DDR memory termination. It can provide a regulated output at ? VDDQ with both sink and source capability. Ease of use, minimum external component count, and fast transient response can be ensured when it employs D-CAP+? mode operation. Moreover, it can be used for other point-of-load (POL) regulation applications where up to 6 A is required. The DPA02257RGBR buck regulator is able to provide optimized efficiency at the light and heavy loads.
