DRV8301DCAR Description
The DRV8301DCAR is a three-phase motor drive gate driver integrated circuit. The device includes three half-bridge drivers, each of which can drive two N-channel MOSFETs. The DRV8301DCAR has a maximum source current of 1.7 amps and a peak current of 2.3 amps. The DRV8301DCAR can be powered by a single power supply ranging from 6-V to 60-V.
