HD3SS3411IRWAT Overview
Due to its 14-WFQFN Exposed Pad packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. In the multiplexer and demultiplexer, 2:1 represents the number of circuits. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~105°C TA. In total, there have been 14 terminations.
