HPA00295DDAR Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator has 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V. As part of the HPA00295 series of regulators, the voltage regulators can be found. 8 pins are used for switching regulator operation. This regulator operates with the maximal switching frequency of 500kHz. At its peak, this voltage regulator can output 6A A. Voltage regulator consumes 3mA A of quiescent current without being affected by external factors. By adding the THE MINIMUM OUTPUT VOLTAGE IS 1.22V feature, this harley voltage regulator is more efficient and stable. The high-limit maximum operating temperature 125°C allows harley voltage regulator stable operation. To ensure reliability, harley voltage regulator operates at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. With the help of a unique technique, the input voltage can be permitted to reach DC DC switching regulator's maximum value. The switching regulator allows an input voltage of 5.5V as a minimum.
