In order to protect the op amps, a 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) case is used. An op amp of this type is a Instrumentation-type. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Cut Tape (CT) case. The number of terminations approaches 14. The pins on this board total to 14 in total. As a reminder, this buffer op amp should be powered by 5V battery and that the battery should be inserted in the amplifier. The op amp ic has an array of 14 pins on it.
