Description
The ISO124P is a high-precision isolation amplifier with a unique duty cycle modulation/demodulation approach. The signal is digitally transferred through a 2-pF differential capacitive barrier. The signal integrity is not affected by the barrier properties with digital modulation, resulting in great dependability and outstanding high-frequency transient immunity across the barrier. Both barrier capacitors are embedded in the package's plastic body.
The ISO124P is simple to operate. The operation does not necessitate the use of any external components. Maximum nonlinearity of 0.010 percent, signal bandwidth of 50 kHz, and VOS drift of 200-μV/°C are the essential parameters. The ISO124P device is suitable for a wide range of applications, with a power supply range of ±4.5 V to ±18 V and quiescent currents of ±5 mA on VS1 and ±5.5 mA on VS2.
In 16-pin PDIP and 28-lead SOIC plastic surface-mount packages, the ISO124P is offered.
