ISO7731DBQ Description


According to UL 1577, the ISO773x devices are high-performance, triple-channel digital isolators with isolation values of 5000 VRMS (DW package) and 3000 VRMS (DBQ package). Devices in this family have reinforced insulation ratings in accordance with VDE, CSA, TUV, and CQC. The ISO7731B device is exclusively intended for uses that call for fundamental insulation ratings.

By isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os, the ISO773x family of devices offers great electromagnetic protection and minimal emissions at low power consumption. A double capacitive silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barrier separates the logic input and output buffers of each isolation channel. This device has enable pins that can be utilized to reduce power consumption and set the corresponding outputs in high impedance for multi-master driving applications.
