ISO7762QDBQRQ1 Description
According to UL 1577, the ISO7762QDBQRQ1 device is a high-performance, six-channel digital isolator with isolation ratings of 5000-VRMS (DW package) and 3000-VRMS (DBQ package). Additionally, this device family has received certification from the VDE, CSA, TUV, and CQC.
While isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os, the ISO776x-Q1 family of devices offers good electromagnetic protection and minimal emissions at low power consumption. Each isolation channel features a double capacitive silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barrier between the logic-input and logic-output buffers. The ISO776x-Q1 device family is available in all pin combinations that could result in either all six channels pointing in the same way or one, two, or three channels pointing in the opposite direction from the remaining channels, which are pointing in the forward direction. For devices without the suffix F and for devices with the suffix F, the default output is high if the input power or signal is lost.
