JM38510/11503BXA Overview
In order to package the IC voltage regulator, a TO-39 case is used. On the Voltage regulator IC, there are 3 terminations that can be connected. At present, it can produce an output of up to 200mA. Depending on the chip, 3 pins may be available. It operates in the 4mA Quiescent Current state. As a general rule, it is recommended that you use the IC voltage regulator when temperatures are below 150°C degrees Celsius. At the lowest operating temperature that can be reached by the chip, it is -55°C. Generally, this voltage regulator IC can output -15V volts on a system level.
