LF347M Overview
There is a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. J-FET-type instrumentation amplifiers are used in this application. The case in which buffer amplifier is delivered is called a Tube case. In recent months, the number of terminations has approached 14. In this case, there are 14 pins on the board.
