LM20BIM7X/NOPB Product Details
LM20BIM7X/NOPB Overview
To ensure the safety of these analog sensors, they are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). A 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 package protects the analog sensors from damage. A sensor with 5 pins functions properly. In this electronic part, there are 5 terminations. A DC circuit should have a maximum voltage of 5.5V supplied by this sensor. In a DC circuit, this magnetic switch can produce 2.7V as the minimum voltage. For analog sensors, GND current should be 4.5μA. In theory, this sensor can be powered by 4.5μA current. In order to achieve the best performance, the sensor's current output should be 10mA.
