For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 20 terminations. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 1MHz switching frequencies. Regulator 2.95V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.95V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible.
