Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the TO-263-7 Thin package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~125°C TJ is essential when operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 500kHz. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 1.285V. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible.
