LM239 Description
The LM239 device is made up of four separate voltage comparators that can function over a wide variety of voltages from a single power supply. Dual-supply operation is also conceivable, as long as the voltage difference between the two sources is between 2 and 36 V and VCC is at least 1.5 V higher than the input common-mode voltage.
LM239 Features
? 25 nA Low Input Bias Current (Typical)
? Low input offset current (typically 3 nA) (LM139)
? 2 mV Low Input Offset Voltage (Typical)
? Ground is included in the common-mode input voltage range.
