LM25122QPWPTQ1 Description


For use in high-efficiency synchronous boost regulator applications, the LM25122 is a multiphase capable synchronous boost controller. Peak current mode control is the foundation of the control strategy. Inherent line feedforward, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and simple loop compensation are all provided by current mode control.

Programmable switching frequencies range up to 600 kHz. Two strong Nchannel MOSFET gate drivers with adaptive deadtime control increase efficiency. For greater efficiency under light load situations, a user-selectable diode emulation mode also permits discontinuous mode operation.
