The product is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case with a lid.49-TFBGA cases are used for packaging.It's recommended to mount Surface Mount.As a result of the device, the range of operating temperatures for -30°C~85°C TA can be varied.Serializer/Deserializer has a 1.6V~3V volt supply.The user can enter input through LVCMOS forms.Operating 28 inputs is required.Serializer/Deserializer is capable of maintaining 3 outputs.LM2512 family parts can be searched based on their relatedness.A 49 pin is available on the chip.Devices can be mounted by Surface Mount.
