LM25141RGET Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 3.8V~42V. A -40°C~125°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. It can switch at 2.2MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. There are a QUAD terminal on the switching converters. 24 terminations with various dc switching's functions. This dc dc converter ic uses a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The DC switcher's nominal voltage is 12V. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics will be returned if you search "LM25141". 24 pins are on switching converter. It is recommended that the input voltage of the dc dc voltage regulator be 3.8V. Statistically, the DC regulator outputs 3.3V voltage. It should be noted that the dc to dc regulator only accepts 42V voltage as input voltage. 20A is the largest value switching converter outputs. It belongs to the Automotive, AEC-Q101 series of dc to dc voltage regulator.
