LM25145RGYT Overview
With a 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 6V~42V. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. With this switching controller, you can switch at 100kHz~1MHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount, Wettable Flank. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start for efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position QUAD . Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 20 terminations. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input is 24V.
