optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator has 5 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the TO-220-5 Formed Leads package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Through Hole-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 52kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4V as an input voltage. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 15V.
