This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. There are 7 terminations in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~125°C TJ is essential when operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 100kHz~200kHz. Regulator 4V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 4V. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 5V.
