As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. This harley voltage regulator has 7 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 100kHz~200kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4V as an input voltage. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 3.3V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 3A Switch. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 245 being indestructible. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 5V to meet the operation requirements.
