As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 5 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 150kHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 4.5V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 60V. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 245 being indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided.
