LM2594M-5.0/NOPB Description
LM2594M-5.0/NOPB developed by Texas Instruments belongs to the family of SIMPLE SWITCHER® monolithic integrated circuits offering reduced BOM cost, higher efficiency, and smaller solution size. It is available in the 8- pin surface-mount SOIC package to save board space. It features internal frequency compensation, a fixedfrequency oscillator, and improved line and load regulation specifications, as a result, a minimum number of external components are required. This device is able to operate with fixed output voltages of 3.3 V, 5 V, 12 V and drive a 0.5-A load with excellent line and load regulation.
