LM2594MX-5.0 Description
The LM2594MX-5.0 regulator is a monolithic integrated circuit that provides all the active functions for a step-down (buck) switching regulator, capable of driving a 0.5-A load with excellent line and load regulation. The LM2594MX-5.0 is available in fixed output voltages of 3.3 V, 5 V, and 12 V, an adjustable output version, and is packaged in an 8-pin PDIP and an 8-pin surface-mount SOIC package. Requiring a minimum number of external components, the LM2594MX-5.0 is simple to use and features internal frequency compensation, a fixed-frequency oscillator, and improved line and load
regulation specifications.
