optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator has 5 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 150kHz switching frequencies. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 12V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible.
