For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 8 terminations in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 150kHz. Input voltage 4.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 60V.
