It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 10 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The space-saving 10-WFBGA, DSBGA package is available for this voltage regulator.
