LM2664M6X/NOPB Description
LM2664M6X/NOPB developed by Texas Instruments belongs to the family of switched capacitor voltage converters capable of inverting a positive voltage in the range of 1.8 V to 5.5V to the corresponding negative voltage of −1.8 V to −5.5 V. Output resistance and voltage ripple is reduced when the device operates at the 160-kHz oscillator frequency. It can operate with a current of only 220 µA (operating efficiency greater than 91% with most loads) and 1-µA typical shutdown current, making it well suited for battery-powered systems.
