As a result of the use of the Digi-Reel? package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 6 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-6 package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TJ. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 80kHz.
