It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. This harley voltage regulator has 7 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. There is a TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Fixed outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ.
