optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 7 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. There is a switching frequency of 260kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. 40V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. 245 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature.
