It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are 16 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 16-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 260kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 6.5V. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 5V volts. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided. There is a DC/DC regulator in this family that belongs to the LM2674 family.
