LM2674M-5.0 Description
The monolithic integrated circuit regulators of the LM2674 series were created using the LMDMOS technology. In order to drive a 500 mA load current with excellent line and load control, these regulators include all the active capabilities for a step-down (buck) switching regulator. These devices come with 3.3 V, 5 V, 12 V fixed output voltages as well as an adjustable output version. These regulators are easy to operate, need a minimal amount of external components, and have patented internal frequency adjustment and a fixed frequency oscillator.
