It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 260kHz. Input voltage 6.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators.
